Physiological Uses

  • Muscluar - dulls pain, especially low back
  • Head - headaches, neuralgia, toothache and earache
  • Digestive System - relieves digestive problems. May help irritable bowel syndroms. Helps liver and jaundice
  • Fights bacteria by fortifying the immune system

Emotional Uses

Very soothing - good for anxiety, tension, anger and fear. Gives patience.
Calms mind - helps insomnia, especially good for children.

Points of Interest

German Chamomile - stronger than Roman. Has more Azulene therefore blue in colour. More analgesic than Roman.
Roman Chamomile - more antispasmodic

Benzoin, Bergamot, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Neroli, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Rose, Ylang Ylang
