  • Digestive System - aids flatulence and contipation in lower colon. Cleanser for liver, kidneys and spleen. Diuretic.

  • Endocrine System - mimics oestrogen (good for menopause, amenorrhoea and PMT) Increases milk in nursing mothers
  • Helps removal of cellulite
Emotional Uses Helpful for those who over-analyse and supress emotions
